Natalie Winterfrost

I am Head of Pensions at Law Debenture, overseeing the pension trustee and governance business. I am trustee to some of the UK's largest occupational pension schemes as well as trustee to a commercial DC master trust. I also sit on a pathways provider's Independent Governance Committee. With strong technical expertise in funding and investment matters, I act as chair or chair of investment committee on most of my appointments.

Before moving into professional trusteeship in 2020, I worked in a variety of industry roles including asset management, investment consulting and pension actuarial. I have always been an active industry participant with a mission to contribute to the efficient functioning of markets and to help protect the interests of society as a whole. I am the past Chair of the CFA UK and have served on many other industry bodies and committees, including twice chairing the Investment Committee of the Society of Pension Professionals.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, a CFA Charterholder and a Fellow of the CFA UK.
