Anna helps trustee boards improve their governance processes to pay the promised benefits to scheme members. She encourages collaboration and accountability within the boards that she joins, and she applies energy and empathy to get results.
She represents LDPTC as the Governance Committee Chair for an £8bn hybrid scheme and Chair of an Administration & Operations Committee, and is due to be appointed to three boards for schemes that range from £150m to £1bn. Anna is a core part of our Sole Trustee team.
Anna is a pensions actuary by background with 22 years' experience advising trustees and corporate sponsors across DC, DB and hybrid schemes.
- £1bn DC scheme – substantial DC trust wind-up including bulk transfers without consent to a contract-based Group Personal Pension Plan and to buy-out policies. Responsible for member communications strategy, cost/benefit analyses and key role in asset transition rectification work
- £100m - £1bn DB and DC schemes – several longstanding appointments as the lead DC and benefits adviser for trustees of hybrid schemes within this size range, including complex arrangements with Reference Scheme Test and scheme-specific DB underpins
