Chris is a pensions professional with 18 years’ experience in both professional secretariat services and in-house pensions roles. Chris excels at delivering first-class scheme secretariat services and has been entrusted by many Trustee Boards to effectively coordinate all aspects pertaining to effective and pragmatic scheme governance and the management of advisors.
Chris is an experienced scheme secretary who has worked with a significant number of FTSE schemes. During his career he has acquired experience of buy-ins, investment and asset transitions, changes to scheme structure, risk reviews, governance assessments and frameworks, Master Trust arrangements, managing advisers and overseeing advisor appointments.
He has significant knowledge and experience in respect of key projects and relationship management between the trustees, advisers, service providers and scheme sponsors.
Chris joined Pegasus from Willis Towers Watson’s Governance & Secretarial team where he was lead secretary and provided secretarial, governance and project support on a number of clients. During this period, in addition to the experience gained during previous roles, Chris undertook significant work on WTW’s Master Trust and also worked with a scheme which had entered, and subsequently left, the PPF.
Chris joined Pegasus as he was hugely enthused by the commitment to provide high quality, pragmatic and well-resourced secretariat and pension management services to pension schemes.
During his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, helps to manage his son’s football team, and plays squash, golf and pool.
