Head of Client Management, Safecall
As Safecall's Head of Client Management, Frazer is responsible for guiding new clients through the implementation process and providing on-going support throughout the client relationship. Frazer's professional experience comes from his various senior management positions within the Print/Media industry.
He works closely with our clients to ensure they have up to date management information and analysis whilst guiding them on benchmarking. In his role he has overall responsibility to help clients ensure that they have appropriate level of visibility of the hotline through new and innovative marketing ideas.
