Choice and Flexibility

We provide a bespoke service to suit individual requirements which may include:

  • Shares being awarded to employees at no cost to themselves
  • Shares being awarded to employees at a discounted price or options to acquire shares at a fixed price
  • Employees having to contribute to the cost of such shares, perhaps on a monthly savings plan
  • Shares being awarded to qualifying employees on successive years during the life of the trust
  • Employees having to remain in service for a designated period before their entitlements vest.
