Acquisition of Eversheds Sutherland International LLP's company secretarial unit of Konexo

This morning we announced the exciting news that LawDeb has acquired the law firm Eversheds Sutherland’s company secretarial unit (CSS).

This complements our existing Corporate Services business and will, in turn, reinforce our position as a leading professional services and governance firm.

Eversheds Sutherland is a highly respected brand: CSS is a well-established business with 54 employees, deep UK and international sector expertise and a long and successful track record in servicing its clients.

The business combination will bring together highly qualified and talented employees, allowing us to widen our existing expertise and capabilities to service our clients better.

It will create a global professional services business built on excellence, with services ranging from company secretarial, accounting and tax, to entity and facility management.

The businesses’ corporate values and client centricity align and we look forward – as a significantly enlarged Corporate Services business - to future opportunities to better support our clients’ business(es) and win new business.
