Identity Verification requirements explained at the London Stock Exchange

Head of UK Entity Management Chelsea Chivers sat down with The London Stock Exchange to explain more about the Companies House identity verification requirements that become mandatory from 18 November 2025. 

Companies which need to file a confirmation statement, appointment, or incorporation must ensure that every Director or PSC has verified their identity.
