Law Debenture expands Ireland team with new Corporate Services Director
Law Debenture, the leading provider of Independent Professional Services, welcomes Jacques de Patoul as Corporate Services Director in Dublin, Ireland.

Jacques joins Law Debenture, after nearly 4 years as Corporate Legal Services Director at CSC Luxembourg, where he led the reorganisation and growth of his team . With a career spanning 11 years as inhouse counsel and 9 years in the corporate services field, Jacques is proficient at client delivery, appropriate work allocation, and defining and strategising KPIs.
Working directly with clients and external parties on a daily basis, Jacques has built a strong foundation in entity management, board operations, corporate secretarial work, and compliance within various world class Financial Services Companies across Europe. Returning to Ireland, Jacques will be working closely with Ben Turner, Managing Director, Corporate Secretarial Services, to deliver compliance and corporate secretarial services LawDeb’s global base of clients.
