Law Debenture welcomes Louise Keary as Senior Commercial and Legal Partner

Law Debenture is pleased to announce the appointment of Louise Keary as Senior Commercial and Legal Partner within its IPS division. Louise joins in September 2026 and will report to CEO Denis Jackson. Her appointment represents a key strategic addition to the IPS team, bringing with it the commercial acumen and deep market expertise of a leading magic circle law firm.

Louise's role spans business development, product development, and key relationship management, with a focus on generating new-to-firm relationships and revenue streams. She will work across Corporate Trust, Structured Finance, Service of Process (SOP), and Corporate Secretarial Services (CSS).

Areas of Expertise

Louise specialised in advising corporate trustees and agents across a broad range of capital markets and structured finance transactions. Her practice encompassed bond issuances (including Eurobonds, convertibles, high yield bonds and EMTN programmes), securitisations (whole business, CMBS, RMBS and ABS), CDOs, CLOs, secured lending, project finance, and asset financing, with a focus on aviation. She has also advised corporate trustees on a number of restructurings, refinancings, defaults and distressed transactions.
