Mandy has worked in the pensions industry for over twenty years and has extensive scheme secretarial and governance expertise. Mandy has a strong understanding of efficient administration processes, having worked at a third party administrator and more recently managing the operations of two different in-house pension teams.

Mandy joined LawDeb from GSK where she was the UK Pensions and Benefits Manager for a large in-house team; focusing on complex member cases and administration projects. Prior to GSK Mandy was a Pensions Consultant and Secretary to the Trustees for EDF, providing secretarial services to the Trustees for two schemes.

Mandy’s particular expertise centres around project management of the review and selection of third party administration services, scheme wind-ups and Automatic Enrolment solutions. Her focus is on ensuring best practice in governance, risk management, meeting tPR’s guidance in relation to 21st Century Trusteeship.
