I joined Law Debenture in July 2025 to build and develop our French Corporate Secretarial services capability, supporting international clients operating in France with their governance, entity management and statutory compliance needs.
Holding a master’s degree in French Business Law, I specialise in French Corporate Law and entity management. I have gained experience in France and Switzerland, including in-house roles as legal counsel within regulated and international groups, has strengthened my expertise in governance, statutory compliance, and cross-border formalities.
I enjoy helping clients navigate the practical and technical aspects of French Corporate law, providing clear, timely, and reliable guidance. My focus is on delivering a seamless client experience and contributing to the growth of Law Debenture’s French Corporate Secretarial offering.
