I am the Loan Agency Business Development Lead at LawDeb, responsible for promoting our independent loan agency and related transaction services offering across the debt financing market. Our loan agency business has continued to grow through a combination of a highly experienced team, agile execution, efficient onboarding processes and a market-leading technology platform, underpinned by the stability of a FTSE 250 business.
With experience spanning corporate trust, debt agency and private credit, including debt agency roles at Deutsche Bank and private credit transaction management at GIC supporting its direct lending platform, I have developed a strong understanding of the priorities of lenders, borrowers, sponsors and their advisers.
I enjoy the variety of the role and the opportunity to work across a broad range of financing structures and market participants, helping clients and advisers access an experienced, independent partner for successful transaction execution.
