I am an Associate Director within Law Debenture's Corporate Secretarial Services business and I am based in our Dublin office.

I am a Chartered Company Secretary with over thirteen years’ experience working across corporate services, a leading Irish law firm and one of Ireland’s largest PLCs.

I work closely with Jacques de Patoul and the wider governance team to deliver compliance and corporate secretarial services.
