Auguste Augustinaite

I am a Trust Manager in Law Debenture’s Corporate Trust business and have responsibility for the onboarding and execution of new transactions.

My career in financial services began in 2017, working in various roles at a Swedish bank. During seven years there, I progressed to Transaction Manager – acting as Facility Agent and Security Agent for the bank. I was responsible for managing corporate banking and structured finance deals throughout their full lifecycle, coordinating teams in Sweden and Lithuania, and liaising with clients on a daily basis.

In 2024, I joined Law Debenture as a Trust Manager. I work on transactions where we act as Trustee, Security Agent, Custodian and Lenders’ Representative, as well as in similar capacities across syndicated loans, bond issuances, decommissioning trusts and bespoke financing solutions, for example, airline share trusts and a bank wind-down process. I enjoy working across a variety of transaction types, finding new ways to support clients and contributing to our business development.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated runner and triathlete. Having completed 10 marathons and 5 ultra-triathlons (including a full IRONMAN) all over the world already, I am always happy to chat anything training or travel related!
