Ellen Marchant

I am a Trust Manager in Law Debenture’s Corporate Trust business, currently working primarily on post-closing matters such as restructurings, amendments and defaults.  During my many years at Law Debenture I have gained broad experience across a wide range of transaction types where we act as Bond or Security Trustee, including EMTN Programmes, Repackagings, Corporate Bonds and NY Law Indentures, as well as other bespoke trust arrangements.  I particularly enjoy being able to find solutions for clients, whilst ensuring beneficiaries are appropriately protected.  I am also a keen ESG advocate and member of the LawDeb ESG committee.   

In my spare time you will likely find me in the kitchen indulging my baking and chocolate-making hobbies. I love to be creative and frequently challenge myself with new techniques or skills – often to the benefit of my colleagues!
