I am a Trust Manager in LawDeb’s Corporate Trust team, with over 12 years of experience in debt capital markets acting across multiple jurisdictions and sectors as Note/Bond Trustee, Security Agent, Share Trustee, Delegate and many more.
My work primarily focusses on post-issuance matters: exercises of trustee discretion, restructurings, amendments to underlying transaction documentation, and default and enforcement scenarios. I love the broad variety of work, clients, and sectors that comes with working at a non-bank trustee house such as LawDeb. Our ability to react quickly, onboard clients swiftly and take decisive and commercial action for our beneficiaries is something I take great pride in.
Outside of the office I’m a very keen runner and so you’ll find me switching trust deeds for trainers. I’ve always got a ‘target race’ on the go, running anything from a 5k all the way up to the full marathon distance. I rather predictably also founded and manage the LawDeb Run Club.
