I am a Certified Public Accountant with over 14 years of experience in professional services and corporate audit, having worked across multiple jurisdictions including Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the Philippines.

In my role, I oversee administration, financial reporting, and compliance for structured finance transactions. I also hold board appointments on several SPVs, providing governance and regulatory oversight. Before joining Law Debenture, I spent nine years in public practice, leading audit and non-audit engagements and delivering technical guidance to clients across a broad range of industries.
