I am a Senior Manager based in London, leading a team of UK corporate governance professionals and bringing over ten years’ experience in company secretarial practice. I have extensive expertise delivering a full suite of company secretarial services across a diverse client base, including FTSE‑listed companies, charities, and large multinational organisations.
My experience includes annual report preparation, AGM planning and support, corporate transactions, governance and regulatory compliance, and the end‑to‑end management of board and committee meeting administration. I also have significant experience managing share‑related transactions and complex UK entity management structures.
Drawing on this experience, I offer a well‑rounded and pragmatic perspective on governance and regulatory best practice. I am currently pursuing Chartered status with CGIUK and am committed to maintaining high professional standards within the UK governance landscape.
