Louise Keary

I have recently started as a Senior Commercial and Legal Partner within the Independent Professional Services (IPS) division at Law Debenture.

Before joining Law Debenture, I spent my career as a debt finance lawyer, most recently as a partner at Clifford Chance. My practice was both transactional and advisory, primarily advising corporate trustees and financial institutions across a wide range of capital markets and structured finance transactions. This involved new issuance work, as well as liability management, defaults, litigation and complex restructuring and refinancing. 

At Law Debenture my focus is on business development, product development and key relationship management across Corporate Trust, Structured Finance, Service of Process and Corporate Secretarial Services. I have enjoyed working for clients across different products, sectors and jurisdictions, and my new role is equally broad, drawing upon my current skillset and experience. 

I have worked alongside and advised the LawDeb Corporate Trust team for many years, and have always been impressed by the excellent client service and innovative solutions they deliver. It's been great watching the IPS business flourish, and I'm delighted to be contributing to its continued growth and success. Working for an international law firm required an ambitious mindset and it is reassuring to learn that Law Debenture’s outlook is similarly ambitious.
