I am a Chartered Company Secretary with over six years of experience in corporate governance and company secretarial practice. Prior to joining Law Debenture, I held company secretarial and governance roles at Vistra, J.P. Morgan and Goodbody, where I supported a broad range of SPV and corporate structures. My experience includes corporate governance, regulatory compliance, board administration, entity management, and the delivery of company secretarial services to clients.
In my current role at Law Debenture, I work closely with Jacques de Patoul and the wider governance team to deliver compliance and corporate secretarial services to our clients. I am an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (ACG) and the Institute of Company Secretaries from India. I also hold an ICA Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering (AML). I am fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil, and have elementary proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
