I am a governance professional with over 8 years of experience across a range of Company Secretarial roles. My previous in-house role with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) have provided me with in-depth knowledge of financial services governance, financial services businesses, and compliance frameworks.
I specialise in providing governance advice and Board support to a variety of clients, particularly in industries that require precise risk management and compliance with complex regulatory frameworks. My work often involves facilitating and embedding governance practices that align with changing regulatory requirements. I also bring expertise in end-to-end meeting management, financial services, and updates on best practices tailored to both listed and private companies.
I am currently studying towards the CGIUK Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, the theatre and travelling.
