Shraddha Shetty

I am a Company Secretary and Lawyer by qualification (India) and CGI (Chartered Company Secretary, UK) part qualified, with 9 years of Company Secretarial and Legal experience. 

I have rich experience of working with Equity and Debt listed Companies in India, regulated by SEBI (FCA equivalent) and RBI (Central Bank of India), multinational bank (Citibank), investment bankers, overseas subsidiaries across the world and private companies in the financial services sector. Within a short span of time in UK, I have garnered a good experience in delivering board support services, drafting sections of annual reports; advising on the best practice and governance, and managing stock exchange announcements for both Listed as well as Unlisted Clients. 

I am a member of the CSS Social Committee. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading (fiction), travelling and watching cricket & football (world cups only!)
