Sylvia McNeece

I am a professional Trustee based in Law Debenture's office in Dublin.

I bring extensive senior leadership, transformation, legal and regulatory experience to the role. I joined from Lane Clark and Peacock where I was a Senior Governance Consultant. Prior to that, I was Head of Legal in the Pensions Authority for 15 years and was responsible for the drafting and negotiation of all pensions’ legislation. More recently, I led the Project Management Office in the Pensions Authority where I was in charge of strategic planning and developing the roadmap for the Pensions Authority’s transition to a forward-looking risk based supervisor under IORP II. I am also skilled in stakeholder and relationship management, having represented the Pensions Authority regularly in EU fora and as a member of the Government’s Interdepartmental Pensions Reform and Taxation Working between 2019 and 2024.
