Law Debenture announces strategic leadership evolution to drive pensions growth
We are pleased to announce a series of strategic leadership appointments within our Pensions division.
Following a successful two-year period of consolidation, these changes signal a shift toward a new era of ambitious growth and operational excellence.
Effective 1 April 2026, Natalie Winterfrost will assume the role of Head of Pensions for a two-year term. Natalie is a highly respected industry figure, with a wealth of experience as a trustee as well as time spent as the Chair of CFA Society UK. She brings a powerful combination of deep pensions expertise and commercial leadership honed during her time at Law Debenture. In her new role, Natalie will oversee people leadership and service excellence.
To accelerate market expansion, Sankar Mahalingham will move into the newly created role of Head of Pensions Growth. Building on more than 30 years of industry experience, this position leverages Sankar’s significant knowledge to focus on business development and strategic client relationships, driving Law Debenture’s long-term growth agenda.
Both Natalie and Sankar will work in a close leadership partnership, reporting directly to Denis Jackson, CEO.
After two highly successful years as Head of Trusteeship, Jane Beverley will transition to the role of Senior Director. This move will see Jane primarily focus on client work and technical excellence, areas where she holds a distinguished reputation. Jane will work closely with Natalie Winterfrost over the coming months to ensure a seamless leadership transition.
The leadership team will be supported by the recently expanded Pensions Management Group, including new Pensions HR Business Partner Lily Lovegrove and Operations Partner Natalie Cannon.
