Senior Trustee Director
I joined LawDeb in 2019, having previously been Head of Research at XPS Pensions Group. I am a qualified actuary and an Accredited Member of the Association of Professional Trustees.
I represent LawDeb on a number of schemes, including five multi-billion DB schemes, with roles as Chair, Committee Chair, Co-Trustee and Professional Corporate Sole Trustee (PCST) lead. I have helped guide schemes through the risk transfer and wind-up process and have also led schemes through complex decisions, including GMP equalisation and rapid response situations.
I am particularly passionate about improving pensions administration and chair several admin sub-committees. My focus is on using my in-depth pensions knowledge and experience to work with fellow trustees, advisers and corporate sponsors to achieve better outcomes for members and I hope that my clients value my inclusive and pragmatic approach as well as my technical background.
I recently completed a two-year stint as LawDeb’s Head of Trusteeship (2024-2026) with a responsibility for culture and client service in the Pensions Trustee team, and am now a Senior Director.
