LawDeb’s 132nd AGM - 7 April 2022
LawDeb’s 132nd AGM will be held on Thursday, 7 April 2022 in person at the offices of the Corporation at 8th Floor, 100 Bishopsgate, London, EC2N 4AG and virtually.
Shareholders are asked to note that, the Board have opted to conduct a hybrid AGM, in accordance with the Corporation's Articles of Association. Instructions relating to joining the AGM virtually and appointing a proxy are set out in the Notice. Alternatively, should shareholders wish to attend in person, please provide advance notice to the Company Secretary at the e-mail address below.
Registered shareholders are invited to submit their questions to the Board of Directors in advance of the AGM by sending an email to the Company Secretary at TSU.cosec@lawdeb.com and the Corporation will answer these in due course.
