Martina has over a decade of experience in the pensions industry

During her time at LawDeb she has worked closely with the Trustee Director and Pensions Executive teams and has built up extensive knowledge of the day-to-day challenges facing pension schemes and how to mitigate them.

Current appointments

Martina supports our Pensions Executives in delivering project governance and scheme secretarial services across a large number of our appointments.

She is also heavily involved in supporting the take-on and set up of the governance frameworks for new appointments for the team.

Areas of expertise

Martina consistently ensures actions are assigned, documented and progressed between meetings and project calls.

Her work includes preparing documents, liaising with scheme advisers and service providers as well as attending client meetings and preparing minutes.

She also works closely with the in-house infrastructure teams at LawDeb to ensure smooth delivery of technology solutions that benefit our clients.

Martina has been actively involved in developing and coordinating governance solutions such as risk registers, business plans, action summaries, online adviser reviews and trustee effectiveness assessments.

  • BA (Hons) International Business and Management
  • Fluent in English and Slovak
  • Currently studying towards PMI Retirement Provision Certificate (RPC)
