E-recording is collaboration with the recorder of deeds to establish what requirements are needed in an effort to record your documents in over 1200 counties.
- Electronic recording makes your recording as simplistic as scanning and emailing your documents to us for recordation.
- Expedited turnaround times for recorded deeds, mortgages, UCC financing statement and other online documents. Significant decrease in rejected documents submitted for recording.
