Law Debenture appoints Eliot Solarz as Director of Corporate Trust

Law Debenture is pleased to announce that Eliot Solarz has joined the company as Director within the Corporate Trust team.

Eliot joins us from HSBC where he was Head of CTLA Transaction Management, Europe.

Eliot's background, includes tenures at Linklaters where as a qualified solicitor, he advised corporate trustees on the full range of capital markets transactions (including securitisations, LPN's, repackagings and straight corporate debt), including defaults and liability management.

David Bell, Head of Corporate Trust and Agency commented on Eliot's appointment:
