Pensions Executive Administrator
Caitlin is an experienced pensions project co-ordinator, legal secretary and team support executive with over 10 years’ experience supporting senior professionals in both the pensions and legal industry.
A highly-skilled project manager, Caitlin is well-versed in coordinating large-scale projects with multiple contributors; overseeing teams; ensuring cohesion and maximising team resourcefulness and efficacy
Caitlin joined Pegasus from Willis Towers Watson where she was a Junior Project Manager on Rail. Caitlin was responsible for the overall ownership of valuation documentation and production of valuation reports, co-ordinating up to 30 concurrent projects and 20 associates.
Prior to Willis Towers Watson Caitlin performed various administration and legal secretarial roles, arranging travel and day-to-day appointments for directors, assisting HR managers, creating reports and maintaining a database of up to 600 students.
A Kingston College alumnus with a ILEX Legal Secretarial Certificate and Diploma, Caitlin enjoys gardening, baking, getting outdoors with her two Staffies, and volunteering as a Cub leader with the Scout Association.
