Chris joined Pegasus from Kirklees Council, where he was a Group Support and Development Officer. In this role, he was responsible for the provision of advice, support and development to Councillors in their range of roles and responsibilities. Prior to joining Kirklees, Chris was a Lead Project Associate at Willis Towers Watson, where he worked across both the project and operations functions to deliver client and internal pensions projects and scheme data analysis. He has also worked in various roles at Equiniti, Independent Trustee Services, Capital Employee Benefits (formerly Capital Hartshead), Higham Dunnett Shaw and Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
