Jo heads up the Global Entity Management Service at Law Debenture, managing a dedicated team of over 35 professionals worldwide. In Jo’s role as Director of Managed Services she ensures the delivery of a top-tier global entity management and corporate services to our multinational clients, guaranteeing their operational compliance and peace of mind.

Prior to joining Law Debenture, Jo has over 20 years’ experience working across a variety of sectors, including legal and professional consultancy services, information technology services, as well as advertising and media services. Jo has extensive expertise in service delivery, client engagement, CRM strategy, and organisational and service transformation. Her professional credentials include a project management qualification and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. Jo’s hometown is Manchester, where our main global centre of excellence and shared service centre lives.

Outside of the office, Jo enjoys spending time outdoors with her young family. Her personal interests include skiing and Pilates.
