Jordan Owen
Head of Global Entity Management
Jordan leads the Global Entity Management team at Law Debenture. Jordan’s focus is client service excellence, delivered by a dedicated team, utilising expertise and technology for best-in-class services.
She draws upon a wealth of experience in global entity management, having started in the field in 2010 following the completion of a law degree. Jordan has worked with a wide variety of clients, including FTSE listed, Fortune 500, large private and start-up companies, assisting them in the improvement of compliance and governance for their global subsidiaries.
Jordan has experience of working with clients across a range of sectors, including financial services, retail, hospitality, industrial and technology.
Examples of how Jordan has supported clients include:
- Global company secretarial compliance
- Delivery of company secretarial health checks
- Global change and integration projects, including changes of directors, company names, and financial year end
- Power of attorney projects
- Delivery of global director duties training, including presentations, workbooks and e-learning formats
- Entity lifecycle projects, such as incorporations, mergers, and liquidations
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys reading, attending the theatre, walking with her dog, and is building her sewing ability.
