Mairead Eiffe is Company Secretary at Law Debenture (Ireland) Limited.

Prior to joining Law Debenture, Mairead was Head of Company Secretarial at Walkers Professional Services and at McCann Fitzgerald. She was responsible for teams of company secretaries involved in providing services to investment funds, debt-issuing SPVs and trading companies, including group corporate structures. She also provided transaction support and advice to Irish registered companies involved in the financial services and aircraft leasing industries. A qualified barrister and company secretary, Mairead is an expert in corporate governance and has in-depth knowledge of Irish legal, regulatory and commercial matters.

• Degree of Barrister-at-Law from The Honorable Society of King’s Inns
• Company Secretarial Practice from ICSA (Irish Branch)
• Higher Diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin
• Degree in Civil Law from University College Cork
